Graphic Design Intern (Training & Development Department)

Join IFG Life as a Graphic Design Intern in our Training & Development Department! This is a fantastic opportunity for creative individuals to gain hands-on experience in designing digital training materials while supporting both online and offline training initiatives. In this role, you'll work closely with our experienced designers to create visually appealing and effective training content for our employees across Jakarta Raya.

As a Graphic Design Intern, you'll have the chance to work with industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. You'll also collaborate with our team to design engaging infographics, presentations, and other visual aids that enhance our training programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing and effective training materials for both online and offline training programs
• Collaborate with the Training & Development team to design infographics, presentations, and other visual aids
• Assist in the development of digital training modules and courses
• Support the creation of marketing and promotional materials for our training initiatives
• Work with the design team to maintain brand consistency across all training materials
• Provide design input and suggestions to improve the overall training experience
• Assist in the organization and presentation of training materials for in-person workshops and seminars
• Help with the design and layout of training certificates and other recognition materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Passion for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges
• Experience with digital training platforms (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) is a plus
• Portfolio showcasing your design skills and relevant projects
