As an Operational Trainer, you will work closely with our baristas and outlet managers to design and implement comprehensive training modules. You will leverage your deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment maintenance, and customer service excellence to empower our team members with the skills they need to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to baristas and outlet managers.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure compliance with Kintoun Coffee's operational standards.
• Assess and evaluate the performance of baristas and outlet managers to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Head of Operations to design and implement training curricula.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to ensure the successful integration of new team members.
• Monitor and analyze training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in coffee brewing and operational excellence.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the coffee industry.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment maintenance, and customer service excellence.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
• Certification in coffee brewing or a related field is a plus.
