📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and other legal filings.
• Conduct legal research using legal databases such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Juris.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are properly indexed and filed.
• Assist in the preparation of legal briefs, memoranda, and other legal correspondence.
• Support the legal team in the preparation of court appearances and legal arguments.
• Conduct initial case reviews and provide summaries of legal issues to the legal team.
• Assist in the preparation of legal research and analysis for court proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with legal deadlines and procedural requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal support role or a related field.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Juris.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with legal software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
