Digital Solutions Engineer

In this role, you will work closely with clients in Indonesia, particularly in the Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung areas, to design and implement digital solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

You will work with a variety of tools and platforms, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Azure, to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement digital solutions that align with client business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end digital transformation projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring seamless integration of digital solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower clients with digital skills.
• Monitor and optimize digital solutions to ensure they meet performance and scalability requirements.
• Work with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Azure to develop and deploy digital solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for digital solutions post-implementation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or a related field.
• Certifications in Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Azure are a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms, including CRM, ERP, and cloud computing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
