📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the estate, including crop management, pest control, and resource allocation.
• Implement and monitor farming practices to ensure productivity and sustainability.
• Manage a team of estate workers, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain high-quality standards for all agricultural activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of estate workers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate management or a similar role in the agricultural industry.
• Certification in agricultural management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using agricultural software and tools such as ERP systems, GIS, and crop management software.
