In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, and government bodies, to discuss and secure sales of our educational products and services.

As an Educational Sales Representative, you will work closely with our sales team to develop and present compelling sales pitches, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will leverage your strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and engage potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, and government bodies.
• Develop and present compelling sales pitches to secure sales of educational products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Leverage CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to track and manage sales activities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the educational sector.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the educational sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian education system and market dynamics.
• Valid SIM (Driver's License) and reliable transportation.
