📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the administrative and operational activities of the pharmacy.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Assist in the training and development of staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the pharmacy.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmacy industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
