📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document and maintain IT support records accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new software and hardware.
• Conduct regular system checks and updates.
• Train and support new hires in the contact center.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our support services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with IT support software such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
