Pratama Investment is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs meet the needs of the organization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.
