We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Building Manager to oversee the operations of our premium student accommodation in Canggu, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the student accommodation building, ensuring all aspects of the property are well-maintained and functioning smoothly.,Manage and coordinate with maintenance teams to address any issues or repairs promptly and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with all local regulations and health and safety standards.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance the living experience for residents, such as organizing social events and activities.,Manage resident relations, addressing concerns and feedback to maintain a positive and harmonious community.,Oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of the accommodation, ensuring all common areas are well-maintained.,Coordinate with utility providers to ensure all services are running smoothly and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of all building operations, including maintenance schedules, resident information, and financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably in a student accommodation setting.,Strong knowledge of local regulations and health and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with basic maintenance and repair tasks.,Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office and accounting software.,Experience in managing a team or working collaboratively with maintenance staff is a plus.
