📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct cost planning and control for construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.,Prepare and review tender documents, including bills of quantities, schedules, and cost plans.,Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any cost or time overruns.,Provide cost advice and recommendations to project managers and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.,Conduct site inspections and audits to verify the accuracy of cost data and project progress.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.,Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on construction projects.,Proven track record of managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.,Proficiency in cost planning, control, and management techniques.,Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with construction management software and tools is a plus.
