📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.,Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
