📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry trade shows and conferences to network and promote our products.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial heating solutions industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales force automation tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
