Life Place Lestari is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the real estate market. This is a full-time position located in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other marketing efforts.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices.,Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the real estate market.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with the local real estate market and regulations.,Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours as needed.
