📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various roles in the US market.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the roles.
  • Collaborating with the US-based hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on the recruitment process.
  • Maintaining a strong database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Staying up-to-date with local and international recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the US market.
  • Strong understanding of the US job market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
