One Up Lestari is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Schedule and coordinate training sessions, both in-person and virtual.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with remote training tools and platforms.,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs is a plus.
