Cafe Indra Medical Center is looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our cafe, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the business. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the cafe, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and laws.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.,Manage the cafe's accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations.,Provide financial guidance and support to the cafe's management team and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a food and beverage or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial regulations.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the management team and employees.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
