📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities.
  • Providing feedback to candidates and offering guidance on their career development.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Staying up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian job market and local recruitment practices is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to different locations for recruitment purposes.
