📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most qualified candidates for our job openings.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and provide updates on candidate progress.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure a competitive advantage.,Provide regular reports and updates to hiring managers on the status of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry or role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
