📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues,Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Provide guidance and support to project team members,Evaluate project performance and make recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations,Experience in managing projects in the oil and gas industry is a plus
