🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition.
