📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and supervising a team of lab technicians to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the laboratory.
  • Performing complex laboratory tests and analyses to support our research and development activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.
  • Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Providing technical support and training to team members.
  • Participating in quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of test results.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a laboratory setting.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving high-quality results.
  • Valid certification in laboratory safety and environmental regulations.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
