📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Oversee daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Coordinate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies in cash transactions.,Monitor cash levels and inventory to prevent shortages or excesses.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to cash transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cash handling and accounting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.,Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and laws.
