Village Star Ekspansindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Captain to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our team of captains, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety are maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of captains to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Maintain high standards of service and safety for all guests.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement training programs for the team.,Monitor and report on team performance and operational metrics.,Handle guest complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the guest.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
