📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other branches and the corporate office to share best practices and support overall business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Lead and participate in training and development programs for staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a retail or service-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the retail or service industry is a plus.
