📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including event set-up, guest seating, and decor.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all event details are accurately communicated to vendors and staff.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and vendors, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages during events.,Help maintain a clean and organized event space, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry.,Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and professional working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Basic knowledge of event planning and coordination.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Previous experience in a hospitality or event-related role is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
