PT Boga Eka is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the company's vehicles, maintaining compliance with regulations, and optimizing fleet performance. This is a hybrid role, requiring both office and fieldwork.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Optimize fleet performance and efficiency by analyzing data and implementing best practices.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and ensure compliance with company policies.,Participate in regular fleet meetings and provide updates on fleet performance and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
