Hotel Gilang Auto Service is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and administration of employee benefits.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle administrative tasks related to human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.
