📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluations.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, in collaboration with the HR Manager.,Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.,Support the HR Manager in the organization of HR-related events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes.,Maintain a positive and professional working environment, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems and employee management systems.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel is a plus.
