Makmur Cahya Restaurant is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment and selection process, employee relations, and HR policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process for new hires,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation,Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Assist in training and development programs for employees,Coordinate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Handle employee benefits and compensation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language is a must
