📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations to ensure high-quality food production.,Develop and implement food menus and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work closely with the restaurant manager to achieve business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food cost control and menu planning.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers.
