📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical and water systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot utility systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Monitor and maintain water quality and pressure in the system.
• Install and replace electrical components and water fixtures as needed.
• Conduct regular checks and inspections to prevent potential issues.
• Collaborate with other facilities staff to ensure the smooth operation of utility systems.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance.
• Participate in emergency response and restoration efforts when necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities electrical and water maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical and water system maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment such as multimeters, pressure gauges, and water testing kits.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Valid certification in electrical and water system maintenance (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of building management systems (BMS) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
