📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Monitor and analyze supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and reports.,Participate in budget planning and cost control activities.,Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to support strategic procurement decisions.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.,Provide support in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
