📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menus.,Oversee the kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food safety standards.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal use of ingredients.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth food service operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Chef in a professional kitchen.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
