📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.,Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to ensure team productivity and morale.,Collaborate with the head office to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as any other relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.,Understanding of the local market and consumer behavior in Sanur, Bali.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
