📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage patient billing and insurance claims using Meditech and Epic systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims to insurance providers.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper financial record-keeping and compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurance providers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and policies.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare billing and revenue cycle management.
• Certification in Healthcare Billing and Coding (e.g., CPC, RCM, or CPC-H) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Meditech and Epic billing systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
