📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of a fleet of autonomous vehicles, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance, addressing any issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards for autonomous vehicles.
• Optimize routes and schedules to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with the engineering and IT teams to implement updates and improvements to vehicle software and hardware.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to maintain high standards of vehicle and operational safety.
• Provide training and support to the autonomous vehicle operators and maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless operations and positive outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related role, with a focus on autonomous or advanced vehicle technologies.
• Certification in autonomous vehicle technology or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, electronics, and software systems.
• Proficiency in using fleet management software, such as Fleet Complete, Geotab, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
