The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures,Provide excellent room service and concierge services,Maintain a clean and tidy guest room,Assist with event planning and coordination,Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly,Perform general maintenance tasks in the guest rooms,Assist with laundry and linen services,Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education,Friendly and customer service-oriented,Ability to work in a team and independently,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Basic knowledge of English is a plus,Physical fitness and stamina,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Experience in a similar role is a plus
