📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders,Lead and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
